After growing up in a 1760s home in Pennsylvania, Holly decided to combine her love of old homes - as well as buying, restoring and selling them - with another love-meeting and working with people from all walks of life. A native of Bucks County, Holly became licensed in 1989 and worked with Schlott Realtors, a firm well known in PA, NJ, NY and CT. Holly earned their “Hall Of Fame” award within her first six months there. After Schlott was bought out by Coldwell Banker, Holly became a Certified PREVIEWS Property Specialist, Historic Homes Specialist and repeatedly earned the Most Outgoing Referrals status in her office.
Attracted by the historic Portsmouth area, along with the lure of the ocean, Holly moved to Kittery, ME in 1995 and became licensed in both NH and Maine to sell what has become one of the foremost destinations in the world! Now residing in New Castle, NH, Holly is a member of the Seacoast Indoor/Outdoor Tennis Club in North Hampton, and plays on several USTA teams throughout the year. She is also the mother of four and grandmother to three.
