Jessica Pearlo

At the young age of 19, Jessica began her Real Estate Career following in the footsteps of her father, a respected commercial developer. Wanting to prove herself on her own, she instead went to work for a local Residential Real Estate company in her lifelong hometown of Hampton Falls for over 12 years. The last 5 of those years were spent as the Sales Manager of that company and overseeing and managing not only her own clients and customers, but also those of the 12 full time Realtors.

In March of 2007, Jessica and her husband Larry of over 10 years gave birth to their first child, a daughter. Shortly thereafter, Jessica resigned from her position and downscaled her career for motherhood while continuing to serve her clientele from her home-based office. During that time period, Jessica trained under her father learning hands-on the Commercial aspects of the real estate business to compliment her expertise. As well, she received training as a “Negotiation Specialist” to have an advantage in today’s marketplace.
