With more than 32 years in professional sales, Jonathan is confident he can be a very valuable asset and partner to help you achieve your specific interests and goals.
He is not in this business to sell anyone anything. He is committed to helping his clients "buy" the home which is "right" for them, in addition to helping his selling clients find the "right" buyer for their home.
Jonathan’s geographic focus comprises the towns of Portsmouth, New Castle, Rye, Rye Beach, North Hampton, Hampton, Hampton Falls, and Seabrook. He has a history within the Lakes Region of NH as well. His business communication style is “polite persistence”.
The town of Rye has been Jonathan’s home for more than 32 years. In essence, he knows the area extremely well. His decision to work in the Seacoast has enabled him to continue to volunteer his time and energy with such non-profits known as the Pease Greeters. Their mission is to show support to our military troops and veterans.
Academic Background:
• BA in Business Administration with a specialty in Marketing.
• AS in Ophthalmic Science (Dispensing Optician)
• AS in Applied Science.
Hobbies and Interests:
Swimming, Kayaking, Hiking, Cycling, Cross Country Skiing, Snowshoeing and Downhill Skiing.
Jonathan is a collector of rare coins with an appreciation of antiques and collectables. Having been a carpenter and landscaper in his youth, he enjoys working on his own property, as well as the property of his friends who come to him for ideas and suggestions for their homes.
