Karen Kulberg

As a life-long resident of the seacoast area, Karen has knowledge and understanding of the local real estate market. Over the past nine years, Karen has built a solid reputation as a Realtor who cares about her clients, practices honest salesmanship, works hard to get the job done right and is passionate about the business.

Karen uses her skills as a negotiator, arbitrator, and advocate to help her clients meet their needs to purchase or sell a home. She will listen carefully to your needs and wants and then do her best to make it happen. With attention to detail, Karen will be sure your transaction runs smoothly.

On a personal note, Karen and her husband John have two grown children, a lovely daughter-in-law and a delightful grandson. In addition to having had a career in special education, Karen has organized and facilitated foreign student exchange programs within the community. She enjoys cycling, skiing, kayaking, running and hiking. Karen is on the Hampton Rotary Club Board of Directors and is a member of the Hampton Chamber of Commerce.
