Lynne Berardini

From the moment, you meet Lynne; you will notice her cheerful demeanor and deferential treatment of others. She brings a concierge style of service to Carey and Giampa, Realtors. Trained in couture at a world renowned specialty store, catering to royalty and the Hollywood elite, the owner instilled in her the knowledge that the client is the life blood of all that is business. Lynne understands that in today’s competitive market, genuine appreciation is the key to building and maintaining client relationships. Her style maybe old-fashioned to some, but her philosophy is that manners and good graces never go out of style.

A New England native, Lynne was raised in North Andover, MA and educated at Dana Hall in Wellesley. She developed a quiet competitive style that allowed her to graduate at the top of her class at Chamberlain, the finishing school in Boston, MA, and, later in life, to be a New England Champion in the equestrian sport of Hunt Seat. During the course of the last thirty years, Lynne has owned,renovated and maintained multiple properties in Boston, in the country and by the NH coast. She currently represents properties from the coast of NH to the country.

A firm believer in giving back to the community, she is an active donor to multiple charities such as The Museum of Fine Arts, The Jimmy Fund, The Giving Circle and the NHSPCA.
