Bob grew up in New Jersey and attended college in PA. Having a background in healthcare, human resources and real estate investment properties, he combined his love of real estate with working with people and became a professional realtor. Helping clients attain their goals of buying a new home, vacation getaway, or investment property is a significant reason Bob enjoys being a full time realtor.
He has been a successful realtor in the Asbury Park area of the New Jersey Shore and consistently earned the Monmouth County Board’s Circle of Excellence Award. Bob has lived in New Hope, PA, Lambertville, NJ, and Asbury Park, NJ, and owned a summer home on the Chesapeake Bay in Rock Hall, MD.
Bob has both owned and managed numerous investment properties. Having owned principle residences in NJ, PA, and MD, Bob is acquainted with both single family and condominium living and is especially sensitive to the needs and concerns of first time buyers.
Having summered in Maine as a child, Bob moved to Portsmouth, NH, drawn by its history, lifestyle, and proximity to the ocean.
