Shane Smith

Shane was raised in the greater Washington D.C. area and moved to New Hampshire in 2000. He graduated from the University of Maryland Business School in 1988, and earned an MBA in strategic marketing from George Washington University in 1994 (summa cum laude). He currently resides in North Hampton with his wife Alison, their two daughters and a feisty yellow lab named "Hobie."

Shane's professional background includes over 15 years of Executive-level Fortune 500 management experience and training. He brings to his current profession the highest ethics and the same professionalism, positive attitude, and team-orientation that leads to productive business outcomes. He has experience in real estate transactions ranging from small to multi-million dollar closings. In addition, Shane has experience with large scale Contract Negotiation and Strategy, Corporate Relocations, New Construction, Remodeling, Construction Loans, Mortgage Origination and Refinancing, Second Home Planning, Land Acquisition, and many other aspects of both personal and investment-level real estate holdings.

Shane is active in the community via his associations with the Wentworth by the Sea Country Club, NorEast Cycling Club, the Boulders Home Owners' Association, and many other activities. His hobbies include cycling, landscape design, architectural improvement, investment management and travel.
