Selling or purchasing a home can be both demanding and challenging, no matter what your price range; MaryJane prides herself on steadily working through those demands and challenges to help every family find a home that perfectly fits their needs. MaryJane believes Your Real Estate Team should be led by a real estate professional who has attention to detail, commitment, focus, determination and open communication. She is a multi-million dollar achiever, selling and purchasing homes, condos, investment property and manufactured homes along the Greater Seacoast Region.
Being a well-rounded real estate professional means you become involved in your profession on different levels. MaryJane is a member of the Seacoast Board of Realtors, the New Hampshire Association of Realtors, and the National Association of Realtors. She holds an Associate Broker license in state of NH and a Salesperson license in the state of MA. She has attained certification as CBR (Certified Buyer Representative), GRI (Graduate Realtor Institute) and RENE (Real Estate Negotiation Expert). She also serves on the Seacoast Board of Realtors as a Director and on the Annual Golf Committee with proceeds going to a local charity.
A New Hampshire native, MaryJane and her husband, Tobin, have considered the Seacoast their second home for many years. Like many of her clients and customers, much of her youth was spent summering at our beaches. For nearly 20 years, she owned a successful Medical Transcription Company, which she sold in 2005. With a passion for real estate, she became a rental manager for a local Seacoast resort in 2010, which served as a launch for her real estate career.
A thorough understanding of the Seacoast market allows her to assist her customers and clients while they discover what the region has to offer. She works with honesty, integrity and attention to detail. “Success in real estate sales is most commonly measured in a dollar amount; I prefer to measure my success by client satisfaction”.
