Nancy developed her love of real estate while going through the process of investing in property.  Purchasing, renovating and re-selling multiple properties personally provided for the development of strong negotiation skills, extensive staging experience and an understanding of every stage in the buying and selling process. 

After a long career in publishing and advertising, Nancy is ready to share her skills in the representation of real estate clients.  Locally, she is the publisher of Seacoast Bark magazine and her experience also includes over 20 years of advertising agency account management as well as catalog content production for L.L. Bean. 

Nancy describes herself as being fun to work with, detail oriented and innovative.  Communication is also a key element, as is her commitment to impeccable follow-up and follow through. She understands that buying and selling a home is one of the most emotional purchases in a persons life and is very empathic to that while bringing honesty, integrity and loyalty to everything she does.

Nancy offers free home staging to her clients and your dogs are welcome to attend meetings!
