Olivia is proudly certified as a Pricing Strategy Advisor and a member of the National Association of Realtors and Seacoast Board of Realtors. 

Olivia graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of New Hampshire. Her high level of service, professionalism and dedication quickly helped her transition from a career in veterinary medicine into the real estate industry after the birth of her first child. Olivia believes it is her compassion, attention to detail and enthusiasm that has helped her become highly regarded by her clients.

A world traveler from an early age, Olivia appreciates the abounding advantages of living in New Hampshire. An Exeter resident, she is well connected and actively involved in the Seacoast community with her daughter and her husband, a veteran of the USMC. Olivia has spent years as an avid equestrian and certified therapy dog handler/volunteer. She enjoys quality time with her family, travelling around the world and rescuing animals.
