Walter spent 25 years working for his family's business, Eagle-Tribune Publishing comapny in North Andover, Massachusetts. His responsibilities began with newspaper advertising and grew into marketing and eventually general management. From 1999 until the sale of the company in 2005, Walter was responsible for the development of corporate residential and commercial real estate assets in both Andover and North Andover, Massachusetts. From the marketing and sales of numerous residential building lots in Andover along with the development of 90,000 square feet of retail space with tenants including Staples, CVS, Burton's Grille, Jos A. Bank and Pier 1 Imports among other retailers in what is known as the Eaglewood Shops in North Andover.
A resident of the New Hampshire Seacoast since 1986, Walter continued his interest in real estate by establishing Emerson and Gray Properties LLC, A Real Estate Development company in Rye, New Hampshire as well as becoming an Associate Realtor in New Hampshire.
A meticulous attention to detail is the cornerstone of all interaction Walter undertakes and is critical to successful representation in all facets of Seacoast real estate transactions.
Originally from Andover Massachusetts, Walter attended Brooks School, Pepperdine University and Boston University. After raising four children in North Hampton, he now lives with his wife Debbie, in Rye Beach.
